St Luke's Great Crosby, Liverpool

St Luke's have redeveloped their churchyard into a community garden with active help and support from a wide range of people in their local community, including schools, BTCV and Mencap. It's an inspiring story of what can be achieved with dedication and hard work! See their story, beautifully told in words and pictures here.
