It helps the congregation:

• to celebrate good practice which is already happening
• to highlight areas for improvement
• to work out priorities for action.

When working out your action plan, try to have actions which fit into the three main areas of church life:

1. 'spiritual': worship and teaching
2. practical: things to do with buildings, land and church management
3. mission: reaching out, both locally and globally

Then:

• obtain the approval of a church decision-making meeting (this widens support within your church)
• complete the resources order form at the end of the module or download it below (please complete this even if you are downloading the modules. It's the only way that we know that churches are engaging with the programme.)
• you can order resources or simply download the modules from this site. Or use resources from other organisations, some of which are highlighted on each module page.
